Jen Anderson is a Licensed Massage Therapist, Reiki Master/Teacher, Registered Yoga Teacher and an Intuitive Guide.
After working with clients for several years through her massage therapy practice, Jen began to notice that for every physical complaint, there seemed to be corresponding emotional, mental, spiritual or other energetic issues. She began to pay more attention to these Intuitive messages she was receiving from her clients and felt guided to address these issues through Reiki and other energetic healing methods such as crystal therapy and guided meditation. More and more, Jen felt pulled towards energy work as the integration of this with her massage was proving to be not only beneficial, but deeply healing and transformational, with long-term results for her clients. Many clients began to request full energy healing sessions.
Though Jen remains a strong advocate for the benefits of massage, she believes that every issue that manifests physically in the body has an energetic issue at its root. By addressing the root cause through energy work and Intuitive Guidance, Jen feels that some physical issues may be reduced or even avoided while also providing deep relaxation and validation. This “proactive” rather than “reactive” approach is the basis for all of Jen’s teachings, trainings, and private energy healing and guidance sessions.
Jen calls her business “LOTUS” because she relates the healing experience to the growth of the lotus flower; rooted deep within the muddy bottom, rising towards the sun through the murky waters and eventually unfolding into a beautiful, complete blossom. Her unique method of Intuitive readings, which she calls “Intuitive Guidance”, goes beyond the typical psychic reading by carefully guiding her clients to their own truth and answers. Her natural, authentic, and compassionate approach to healing is truly a transformative experience. Jen takes great joy in helping others “bloom” into their complete being.
"The lotus is a floating water lily: the flower of light, beauty, and grace.
Like a lotus, your tailbone and spine are the root and stem that keep your flowering body connected and still. Your head is the flower of consciousness in bloom. The graceful lotus is not easily within reach – it takes perseverance and desire to touch it. Do you want to hold this graceful flower? The lotus of intuition unfolds as the true self."
